
Board Members
Running & Management of YMCA
The Association is managed by a Board of Management elected from the electrol membership.
The day to day running of the YWCA is over-seered by Sub-committees delegated to Finance, Hostel, Projects, Programmes and Repairs & Maintenance. Each committee is chaired by a Board member who is accountable to the Board. The Staff of the YWCA consists of Hostel Secretary, Administrator, Social Worker, Secretary Accountant and an office boy. The domestic staff comprises four maids, gardener and night watchman.
The Canteen facilities and general management are self-sufficient through funds generated by residential fees and other charges. The various projects and Programmes undertaken by the YWCA are subsidized by fund raising, sponsors and well-wishers, and the services of Consultants, Professionals, and NGO's are availed of as and when needed.
